Event: From Brexit to Polexit
Russian Propaganda and the MAGA-fication of Poland
Russian propaganda has been one of the Kremlin’s most effective geopolitical tools for more than two decades. By identifying, amplifying, and funding political divisions, Moscow has successfully influenced democratic societies and weakened Western unity.
This event explores the playbook Russia developed during the Brexit campaign and examines how many of the same tactics are now being adapted to fuel the growing “Polexit” narrative in Poland. The discussion will examine how disinformation campaigns evolve, exploit existing political fault lines, and shape public opinion to advance the Kremlin’s strategic objectives.
Join us for an in-depth look at the methods behind Russian influence operations and what democratic societies can do to recognize and counter them.
